1.1 Disstrikt operates exclusively on a monthly membership subscription basis.

1.2 No one-time registration fee is required upon enrollment.

1.3 Disstrikt Models does not impose any additional or hidden fees beyond the standard monthly membership fee. This explicitly includes, but is not limited to, costs for additional photoshoots, events, or participation in castings.


1.4 Memberships are entered into for an indefinite term but may be terminated by the member on a monthly basis, subject to the notice period outlined below.

1.5 The required notice period for cancellation is one (1) calendar month. Cancellation requests must be submitted no later than the final day of the month preceding the intended termination date.


1.6 Members may pause their membership for a maximum duration of one (1) consecutive month(s). Any pause exceeding this period must be expressly approved in writing by Disstrikt Models management.


1.7 All cancellation or pause requests must be communicated exclusively via WhatsApp to the assigned national agent.

1.8 Communications made through any other medium (including but not limited to verbal notice, emails, DMs, or any form of social media communication) shall not be considered legally valid or binding.


1.9 Membership fees are automatically debited via SEPA direct debit on the 7th - 14th - 21st or 28th day of each calendar month. If the debit date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the charge will be processed on the next business day. The debit date may be adjusted upon written request to the assigned national agent.


1.10 In accordance with consumer protection law, talents who register online are entitled to a statutory fourteen (14) day cooling-off period during which the membership may be canceled without any financial obligation.

1.11 This cooling-off period shall lapse irrevocably once either (a) the fourteen (14) days have elapsed, or (b) the talent has participated in a physical appointment, whichever occurs first.


2.1 The standard monthly membership fee is €78.00 excluding VAT (Value-Added Tax).


2.2 Talents have the opportunity to reduce their monthly membership fee to €29.21 excluding VAT through the completion of a designated task list provided by Disstrikt Models.


2.3 The task list comprises six (6) distinct milestones, each granting a cumulative discount as follows:


  • Milestone 1: Achievement results in a 10% discount on the standard membership fee.

  • Milestone 2: Achievement results in an additional 10% discount (20% total).

  • Milestone 3: Achievement results in an additional 15% discount (35% total).

  • Milestone 4: Achievement results in an additional 15% discount (50% total).

  • Milestone 5: Achievement results in an additional 20% discount (70% total).

  • Milestone 6: Achievement results in an additional 20% discount (90% total).



2.4 Upon the successful completion of all six milestones, the membership fee will be reduced to €29.21 excluding VAT.


2.5 Milestones must be completed and verified by the assigned model coach. Fee reductions will only be applied once Disstrikt Models confirms the completion and approval of each milestone.


2.6 Any disputes regarding milestone verification must be submitted in writing within 14 days of notification.


2.7 Disstrikt Models reserves the right to update or modify the milestone tasks at its sole discretion, provided that members will be informed in writing in advance of any changes that may affect their eligibility for discounts.

Disstrikt uses auto-renewing monthly subscriptions. Subscription details:

• Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple device settings or use the web link: https://disstrikt-portfolio.vercel.app

• Removing the app does not cancel your subscription.

• Pricing varies by country and platform.

• App Store subscription prices may be higher than website prices due to platform fees.

12: Schedule activities

Terms for Bootcamps and Customized Shoots


Users who schedule bootcamps or customized shoots are required to comply with the following conditions:


  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling

    Changes or cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible.

  2. Final Cancellation Policy

    If a user chooses to cancel a scheduled shoot or bootcamp, they must contact the agency directly. Once cancelled, the shoot or bootcamp cannot be rescheduled.

  3. Edited Images

    Each user will receive three (3) edited photographs as part of the booking. Additional edited images can be purchased for €5.00 per image, payable via bank transfer.

  4. Guests at the Shoot

    Users may bring friends or family members to the shoot. However, photographs including additional persons are not permitted unless a customized shoot has been booked and this option has been explicitly selected.

  5. Time Slots and Punctuality

    Each shoot is allocated a 60-minute time slot. If a user arrives late, the lost time will be deducted from the original 60 minutes. Extensions are not guaranteed.

  6. User Responsibility

    Users are responsible for ensuring they book the correct studio location and arrive at the appropriate venue.

  7. Liability

    Disstrikt is not liable for any personal losses, damages, or broken items during the shoot or bootcamp.

  8. Delivery of Edited Images

    Edited photographs will be delivered via the mobile application, accessible through the “Schedule a Shoot” section.
